These happy organic chicken pot pies take 3 whole days to make!!
1st day-make the dough pucks, 2nd day- roll the doughs all 48, 3rd day make the bechamel, roast the chicken, cut 1 million pieces of vegetables, mix it all in and bake the pies….a few burns are worth the gratitude we feel after serving the best clients ever-thank you!
