Just got to be part of The Oliver’s wedding at The Foundry Event Venue… and this place looked absolutely STUNNING 😍

A massive shoutout to our sister company A Touch of Texas Painting Co for completely transforming the venue. From the prep work to the final coat, they delivered a clean, professional finish that’s built to last. The whole space felt brand new — and it showed.

We rolled up the Bread Bus and served Smash Burgers, Texas Cheesesteak Sliders, and Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas… and the guests didn't hold back, most came back for seconds!!

WE CAME, WE COOKED, WE CONQUERED! 🏆🦐

For our very first year competing at the Galveston Island Wild Texas Shrimp Festival, our crew showed up with big flavor—and we’re coming home with hardware!

Huge shoutout to the judges and everyone who came out to support us! Here’s how we did:
🥇 3rd Place Trophy – Amateur Open Shrimp (Chef's Choice) for our Vietnamese with a Cajun twist Shrimp recipe! 🏆

🏅 5th Place Plaque – Amateur Shrimp Burger category! 🍔🦐

We couldn't be prouder of the team for putting in the work and bringing these flavors to life. This was only year ONE, so consider this our official warning: next year, we’re coming back for that Shrimp Gumbo Cook-Off trophy! 🍲🔥

The Bread Bus is Back in Action! 🍔🔥

It’s been a minute since we’ve opened up to the public, but the Bread Bus is rolling into Teddy Morse's Cowboy Harley-Davidson Beaumont tomorrow!

We’ve been busy with weddings and private events lately, so we are excited to get back out there and serve the community. Whether you're stopping by for the bikes or just a world-class lunch, we’ve got you covered.

On the menu tomorrow:

• ✨ Giant Quesadillas – Choose from 3 different styles, loaded and grilled to perfection.
