⚠️ TEMPORARY CLOSURE UPDATE ⚠️

Due to the aftermath of Tropical Storm Edouard and the impact it has had on our area, we will unfortunately be closed for the remainder of the week and through Labor Day.

We will use this time to recover from the storm and make sure everything is ready and safe for our staff and customers.

We plan to reopen Tuesday for normal business hours.

NOODS 😋😋

been a minute since i came back to Pho Four Seasons.

so i popped in and see if they still had it.

i started with the char grilled pork spring rolls.

these came with their fish sauce, and it paired perfectly with the lemongrass pork.

the lemongrass was a little stronger than i normally like, but the fish sauce balanced everything out.

plus, they didn’t skimp on the pork.

more meat than noodles, and the rice paper was fresh.

then came the shrimp garlic noodles…

this was the plate 🤤👌

the shrimp had a nice char on them, stayed tender, and the garlic butter sauce coated every noodle.

i added some chili oil…

and that took it to another level.

simple.

flavorful.

definitely worth the stop.
