Our September No-Cook Menu is HERE! 🍂🍽️

Lots of you have been patiently (and impatiently) waiting - you know who you are! HERE IT IS! Fall flavors, family favorites, easy dinners, fresh salads, and all the comfort food you need are headed your way this month at Courville’s!

We’ve got a full lineup of No-Cook meals every Monday & Wednesday in September (with the exception of Labor Day, September 7 — we’ll be CLOSED), and this menu is a GOOD one. From pork roast, PawPaw's Famous Spaghetti, and a BBQ Brisket Meal to Emma's Pork Shanks, Hamburger Steak, Death Row Chicken Spaghetti and Pork Loin + sides and desserts — September is loaded up! 🙌

And don’t forget — each No-Cook day also includes a fresh salad option for $15!

A few things to know:
✨ Family Style Meals feed 6+
✨ Couple Meals feed 2+
✨ Pick-up times are 3:00 PM–6:30 PM
✨ Meals are picked up hot and ready to eat
✨ Salads can be picked up for lunch or dinner — just leave your preferred time in the comments when ordering

Just a heads up, y’all — we will be CLOSED Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day, so TODAY is the day to come stock up!

Our Market is open until 2PM and we’ve got plenty of goodies ready for your long weekend — freezer meals, sausage, dips, snacks, sweets and all the easy stuff you need to keep everybody fed without spending your holiday stuck in the kitchen. 🙌🏼

Here’s the deal with Courville's Saturday breakfast… we’re changin’ it up a little bit. Again. 😂

I KNOW. Y’all are probably sick of us changing things around, but just know we’re still learning, adapting and trying to figure out the best way to make Saturday breakfast work with our current layout, our market, our catering schedule and our already very busy little operation.

We’ve got plans for changes down the road. We’ll get there, I just need to make a few more doll-hairs before we do that! 😅

All we ask is that y’all stay patient, kind and flexible with us while we continue figuring out what works best for our staff AND our customers. Eventually, we’ll land on that steady Saturday breakfast setup everybody knows and loves.

Some of the faces serving you tomorrow may be new, and some will be the same ol’ folks you’ve gotten used to seeing every Saturday.

We’ll have College GameDay on — barring any major internet catastrophes. 😂 We’ll have PLENTY of food, hot coffee, mimosas and that signature cold Courville’s coffee y’all have grown to love.

Our crew has fed THOUSANDS of people EVERY DAY this week and we have burned the candle at just about every end possible, but we didn’t want to give up our Saturday breakfast tradition. We genuinely love doing this for our community, and we hope y’all keep showing up and supporting it for a long, long time.

So give us a little grace while we keep making it work. ❤️ We’ll see y’all bright and early in the morning!

And after the week our little community has had, we hope tonight finds every one of our friends with power, a hot shower, warm food, full bellies and everybody you love safe, healthy and happy.

Due to this week’s tropical storm and the impact it had on so many of our friends and neighbors, we made the decision to reschedule our Jamie Lin Wilson show.

We are excited to officially announce the new date:

We hated having to postpone, but we knew it was the right call. We want everyone to be able to come out, settle in, enjoy dinner and a great night of music without everything else weighing on them.

After a LONG week of storms, power outages, clean-up, chainsaws, generators and fifty eleven kids home from school - I think we all deserve somebody else cooking breakfast Saturday morning. 😂🙌🏼

Our Saturday Breakfast Buffet is back from 7:00AM - 11:00 AM, and this feels like what y’all need right about now! 🫶🏼
We’ll have all the good stuff — eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, Taco Bar, cinnamon rolls and plenty more.
Bring the kids. Bring the grandparents. Bring the friends you’ve been cleaning up limbs with this week. Come in sweaty, tired, hungry and over it — we don’t care. 😂 We’ll feed ya.
And YES, there will be mimosas & Bloody Mary’s for the grown folks who have REALLY earned one this week. 🙌

We’re finalizing our September No Cook menu, and y’all keep asking me to bring back a good ol’ fashioned BBQ NIGHT like the old days. And I wanna deliver!

Here’s where I need your help - beef prices are WILD right now, so I need to know what y’all would actually rather see:

🔥 Bone-In Smoked Chicken BBQ Meal
OR
🔥 Smoked Brisket BBQ Meal

Either way, we’d more than likely throw in some Courville’s sausage links + all your favorite BBQ sides and make a whole dang meal out of it.
