Saturday is here, and the doors are about to open!

The kitchen has been busy all afternoon, the bar is stocked with cold drinks, and the freshest seafood we could get our hands on is ready to hit the plates.

Tonight's lineup includes sushi-grade local yellowfin tuna, fresh local tilefish, fried North Carolina oysters, our Oyster Caesar, and a few desserts worth saving room for.

Fresh local seafood has been rolling through the market all week, and the kitchen has been putting it to good use.

🔥 Blackened Surf & Surf featuring sushi-grade North Carolina yellowfin tuna and grilled local green tail shrimp.

🐟 Fresh NC Blueline Tilefish & Chips—wild-caught, hand-battered, and fried to a perfect golden crisp.

We're kicking things off with fresh local Blacktip Shark Bites, grilled and finished with our house-made honey Sriracha aioli. If you've never tried shark, tonight's the night—it's mild, firm, and one of the coolest local catches you'll find.

Tonight's specials are ready!

From North Carolina shrimp nachos and fresh sheepshead fish & chips to our blackened Wanchese red grouper, we've got a little something for everyone tonight. Everything is made fresh to order, and we're grateful for the fishermen, farmers, and crew who make it all possible.

Still waiting patiently on that shrimp DNA test... but we're pretty confident these "brownies" are North Carolina born and raised. 😉

We're lucky to call North Carolina home!

Every week, hardworking fishermen bring in some of the finest seafood you'll find anywhere, and we're thankful to have it on our menu. When the fish is this fresh, we believe the best thing we can do is let its natural flavor shine.

Thursday Night we're featuring two beautiful catches from Wanchese:

🥢 Black Sesame Seared North Carolina Yellowfin Tuna
Served rare with our house-made ponzu sauce and wasabi aioli.

🍊 Blackened Wanchese Red Grouper
Finished with our orange ginger glaze and crispy onions.

Wednesday nights just hit different at Blackbeard's.

The boats have been busy, the kitchen's been cooking all day, and tonight's specials are packed with fresh North Carolina seafood and summer flavors.

🍉 Fresh Bogue Sound Watermelon Mojito
🐟 Crispy Honey Garlic Blue Line Tilefish Bites
🥗 Lobster Cobb Salad loaded with North Atlantic lobster
🎣 Seared Local Tilefish with roasted corn coulis
🍣 Fresh Local "Yum Yum" Yellowfin Tuna from Wanchese, simply seared rare with Yum Yum sauce, unagi glaze, buttery toasted Japanese panko, a sea salt baked potato, and garlicky grilled snap beans.

Don't skip the desserts—we're torching peach crème brûlée to order and the Blueberry Key Lime Cheesecake Pie is back.
