We'll be serving a special holiday-inspired à la carte dinner menu featuring locally inspired cuisine, seasonal flavors, and handcrafted specialty cocktails—all in our waterfront setting overlooking Taylor’s Creek.

Breakfast will be served from 8–11 AM, followed by lunch from 11 AM–3 PM.

Meet Jack Shute
Guiding us through the evening will be Jack Shute, Vice President of Sales and Commercial Operations at Oaklore Distilling Co. A passionate advocate for great wh***ey, local craftsmanship, and the community behind it, Jack enjoys sharing the stories, people, and process that make each Oaklore wh***ey unique.

Based in the Charlotte area, Oaklore is a North Carolina craft distillery known for its distinctive four-grain mash bill, extended aging, and innovative cask finishes. Its flagship Four Grain Bourbon brings together corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley to create a layered and complex flavor profile.

Chef Tyler Smith and our culinary team will present three chef-crafted small plates, each thoughtfully paired with a Oaklore expression:

The waterfront at Gallants Channel will be filled with music on Saturday, October 10, 2026

Enjoy a free concert by the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Marine Ceremonial Concert Band at Gallants Channel from 2 - 4 PM. Bring a friend and a chair; free parking is available.

In case of rain, the concert will move to Beaufort by the Sea Church, 214 Turner Street.
