Una Jaltera would like to take the time to thank everyone for all the messages, pop up opportunities and catering events already booked for this summer.

I will be on the food truck certain days in August for anyone to come and grab some authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. (Those dates, times and locations will be posted, so keep a lookout for all updated schedules)

The days without a blue x are available to book for caterings and pop up events.

This is a review from the catering I did a few days ago. This is the stuff that keeps me going. When customers say that my food taste like their grandmother's or when they say it tastes like they were on the island. I get emotional every time 😊

O how I have missed everyone. I am hoping to be back on the trailer soon and want to just remind everyone that I am still offering TAKE AND MAKE EMPANADILLAS/ PASTELILLOS. Selling by the dozen. Also Catering for your special events. I have had the privilege of cooking for some amazing people within this last month. Dates are filling up so contacting us soon for your upcoming special event.

While I am not currently on the trailer, I would like to offer to everyone the option to purchase any of the Empanadillas or alcapurrias frozen. Thank u to everyone that came out to Salsa in Park today. It's always an honor to serve our community but seeing our community help us physically and emotionally today filled my heart with so much joy. Words cannot not describe how every single one of you are so appreciated, from your understanding of how busy we were,
to people jumping in to help when things got a little scary with the heat. With that said, unfortunately we had a few mishaps today and Una Jaltera's weekly schedule will not be posted for a few weeks. We are working hard to be sure to serve you soon.
