This sweet dream has been in the works for quite some time and was inspired by my Grandma, who once owned her own ice cream shop in the heart of Cortland, Nebraska. Now, following in her footsteps, Daisy’s Scoops brings smiles (and scoops!) to communities across Southeast Nebraska.
