No we will NOT be in the Glorious Baytown City Limits!!!
We are way to progressive for this town.

I will say that we do miss our patrons, however not the restaurant!
We wish every well and good eats!!!

Trattoria Italia ...is now closed for business......we appreciate every body who has supported us through the years and the transition from Dawg House Cafe to Trattoria Italia. It has been a great 10 years. As a company this is a year of opportunity, and we are looking forward to what the future brings.

As owner and Chef a lot of challenges have come my way....
This past Sunday "Easter Sunday" I was working around the house and fractured my Tibia on my right leg.....I predict surgery is going to take place after my visit with the doctor on Tuesday 4/2/2013. I will have a long recovery and then back to work on our New venture. So thanks again for a good 10 years of business. I will keep you informed as to what is next for us.

Well it seems like more rumors are going around about the restaurant...they are not true...HATERS will be HATERS.

Come out and and have good food made from scratch.
We will not be open for Easter....we decided to spend it with our family.
