From the bottom of our hearts, thank y’all for your unending, unchangeable and unstoppable support! You showed up, cheered loud, and made every moment unforgettable.

A massive THANK YOU to all our amazing Teachers (Friday Fling), Cowboys, Cowgirls, and especially those adorable mini cowboys & cowgirls — you guys rocked it! ❤️ We had the best 3 days full of smiles, laughter, and pure fun!

And to ALASKA — you put on one seriously COOL event! We’re already counting down the days till next year…! 😍🔥

I felt a little bad for feeding the trolls instead of just praying for them, but y’all… I’m a wife who loves her husband like crazy (my family and friends can attest to that)! It honestly didn’t even cross my mind that I wasn’t “allowed” to defend him just because I own a business. My heart’s too loud for that 😂

I don’t know exactly what the future events will look like, but we’re just gonna keep doing what we’ve always done: cooking up good food straight from the bottom of my heart (and a little bit of chaos in the kitchen).

Anyway, enough with the personal tea — let’s get to the fun stuff! This weekend we’ll be at the Colony Track & Field event and the Rodeo at the Palmer Fairgrounds.

We’d love to see y’all there! We’re getting everything ready, and don’t worry — we’ll be driving like model citizens now. My husband is determined to keep his 30+ year clean record intact, especially with our babies in the truck 😉 I’m over here proud as can be… even though I’m the one with the fresh ticket after only 4 years of driving 😅 (Let’s be real, I should’ve been the one on that post, not him!)

Hello everyone!! 🎉

We are SOOO thrilled that you’re all just as pumped as we are about our upcoming adventures!! 😄 First off, sorry for the slower updates — last week was an absolute whirlwind! We had no idea we’d be that busy (guess every food truck was slammed!), so it was just me and my hubby holding down the fort like champs.

But guess what?! Tomorrow we’re rolling into Friday Fling for the very first time!! 🥳 Come satisfy those serious cravings, because we won’t be back in the Valley until the following week!

Then we’re heading to beautiful Seward Saturday and Sunday for the Seward Salmon and Song Festival 🎶🐟 We can’t wait to serve you there!

Wow… you guys are truly amazing! ❤️

First of all, we want to sincerely apologize for what happened yesterday. Our fryer broke down right in the middle of service, and it completely threw us off. We were so distracted trying to fix it that our service slowed down a lot. We felt terrible knowing some of you waited a long time, only to end up without any fries. There’s really no excuse — it was completely on us, and we’re so sorry for letting you down.

Even with everything that went wrong, we’re incredibly grateful to every single one of you who braved the weather just to come see us. Thank you for your patience and support. We tried our best to keep restocking, but we still sold out faster than expected.

We’re taking the trailer in to get it fixed professionally so this doesn’t happen again. We promise to come back stronger and better prepared.
