We took our Double Smash Burger and made it a little weird, in the best way. 🍔🔥

We start with two crispy-edged smashed patties. Then we pile on our house-made Carne Guisada Boudin mix: smoked brisket, sautéed peppers and onions, Spanish-style rice, and carne guisada spices. The whole thing gets finished under a blanket of melted Pepper Jack. 🧀
It's Cajun meets Tex-Mex meets straight-up burger joint. You won't find this anywhere else.
