We have some news for everyone!
The Copper Trout will not be opening this summer. Everyone is happy and healthy but we have decided that The Copper Trout chapter of our lives has come to an end. Kerry, Mike, Alex, Ally, Mack, Michael Jr, and Tom want to thank you for being part of a great time in our lives. The restaurant was a lot of fun and went better than we could have imagined, thank you so much for being a part of it.

We are open 4:30-9 tonight and are featuring fresh Lake Superior Whitefish and wild caught white American Gulf Shrimp.

Tonight's special is a Seafood Cavitappi Pasta Bowl with fresh whitefish, shrimp, lemon, butter and asparagus for $29.
