Experience Peru through an intimate culinary journey at Yaku Superior, Bayfield's appointment-only fine dining destination, open Thursday through Saturday with two dinner sittings at 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM. Chef & Sommelier Carlos Keil presents a curated dining experience where every dish is prepared to order using premium ingredients, inspired by Peru's rich culinary heritage and the seasonal bounty of Northern Wisconsin. After careful consideration, I have made the decision to discontinue breakfast service at Yaku Superior.

As many of you know, I also dedicate a significant amount of time to producing artisan empanadas for our wholesale partners. Balancing wholesale production alongside breakfast service has become increasingly demanding, and I have chosen to focus my time and energy where I can provide the highest quality experience.

This decision allows me to fully dedicate myself to what I am most passionate about: creating an intimate, chef-led dining experience that celebrates the flavors, traditions, and stories of Peru through thoughtfully prepared dinners by reservation.

I am sincerely grateful to everyone who supported our breakfast service and appreciate your understanding as Yaku Superior continues to evolve.

Dinner service remains available **by reservation only**, with limited seating and I look forward to welcoming you for a memorable culinary journey.
