We’re a day late… which honestly feels pretty on-brand.

Happy Birthday to our head barkeep, resident chaos coordinator, partner, and the very FIRST person we ever hired at Thyme Table. 🥃🎉

Eric has been here since the beginning—before we really knew what we were doing, through every wild night, every celebration, every curveball, and everything Thyme Table has grown into.

He started as our first hire and pretty quickly became so much more than that—a partner, a huge part of the heart of this place, and someone we genuinely can’t imagine Thyme Table without.

If you know Eric, you know. He keeps the drinks flowing, the laughs coming, and somehow manages to keep the chaos mostly under control.

Happy belated birthday, Eric! We’re incredibly lucky you’ve been along for this ride from day one.

A few favorites are staying. Yes, the Short Ribs and Loaded Lobster Tots aren’t going anywhere… but we’ve added some delicious new reasons to make a reservation.

Gaby!!

She has poured the drinks, handled the chaos, celebrated the wins and stepped in wherever she was needed. She has given so much of herself to this place and to all of us, and it simply won’t feel the same without her here.

But as hard as it is to see her go, we couldn’t be prouder of what comes next. She is setting out to open a restaurant of her very own, Hereafter

Watching someone you adore outgrow the place where you first knew them is incredibly bittersweet. We’re losing a great woman, but the world is gaining a very talented restaurant owner, and we know she is going to create something incredible.

Thank you for every shift, every laugh, every problem solved, every drink poured and every time you showed up for us. We adore you, we believe in you and we will be cheering you on every step of the way.

Tonight is her last night at Thyme Table. Come and send her off with the wellest of wishes. ♥️

The Harissa Glazed Carrot Steak comes with creamy coconut lemongrass risotto, crispy shallots and seasonal microgreens — spicy, savory, a little sweet, and definitely not boring.

It’s vegan, gluten-free + nut-free, but if you’re looking for a little more protein, add chicken and make it your own.
