Gaby!!
She has poured the drinks, handled the chaos, celebrated the wins and stepped in wherever she was needed. She has given so much of herself to this place and to all of us, and it simply won’t feel the same without her here.
But as hard as it is to see her go, we couldn’t be prouder of what comes next. She is setting out to open a restaurant of her very own, Hereafter
Watching someone you adore outgrow the place where you first knew them is incredibly bittersweet. We’re losing a great woman, but the world is gaining a very talented restaurant owner, and we know she is going to create something incredible.
Thank you for every shift, every laugh, every problem solved, every drink poured and every time you showed up for us. We adore you, we believe in you and we will be cheering you on every step of the way.
Tonight is her last night at Thyme Table. Come and send her off with the wellest of wishes. ♥️
