Today is the day Chef Michael Liebman opens the doors of ZEST, located in the former Slice of Bayshore space!

As owner and chef, after 20 years of dreaming of this day, the opening of my restaurant is finally here. I can’t wait to serve all of the awesome guests that came to Slice over the past three years!

We are excited to say that chef Michael will be opening up his own concept in this space this fall. It's obvious he's an exceptional chef but he's an even greater human being. We hope you continue to show your support for him in this exciting new adventure that he's very deserving of.
Our journey here at Slice of Bay Shore has been short but mighty. The family we created within our staff to the friendships we've built with our customers is what we are most proud of. It's difficult when a job becomes a lifestyle that you have fallen in love with, yet need to say goodbye to....
We will be remaining open with a limited menu, no delivery service and limited seating starting this Saturday, September 4th. We are staying open for a few more weeks for gift cards to be used, staff to have some more working days and to allow for goodbyes to be said. We love you Bay Shore and thank you for allowing us this time with you! Our lives have been forever changed because of all of you 💗
