I’ve heard life described as a road. I like that, sometimes you go left and sometimes you go right. Sometimes on that road you may need to go backwards for a bit because you missed a turn. Just makes the trip a little longer is all but it’s important to be distinct, home is not where that road ends but where I feel that road begins.

Kinda big day tomorrow, got God n Family so we gonna alright one way or another!

Btw, that’s a Gluten Free Oatmeal. I put Jelly on it and it melted into a heart. 🥰 gonna surprise people with things when we launch them. We did out thing for cookies in general let alone Gluten Free. I decided to stop fighting Gluten Free Flours and go our own road. Glad for it.

Nice! A Gluten Free Chocolate Chip! Beautiful 😍 working on a GF line of cookies for when the truck opens back up. I think we are about dialed in. Maybe a few more tweaks but we have concept for the cookies and that’s enough to start lol.

Btw, this next GF Cookie could be the pinnacle of my Cookie Career! Hit List - Toasted Coconut, Dulce De Leche, Crushed Heath Bar, Chocolate Chips and Toasted Almond.

This was the lineup for the most scrumptiously delicious cookie I ever made. It was with Semolina and AP, seeing what we can do with KA gluten free flour will let me know the physical limits of what we can do here lol.

Up early, making cookies for a family friend. I know there is a Cookie Monster but I am definitely the Cookie Master! How beautiful are these, the home smells lovely too! These are 5oz, how massive are these cookies!

I have some free time these days, I’ll do another video later on how to make cookies. I’ll explain what’s going on when stuff just fails and how with proper engineering any flavor can be cookie’d. I’ll share what I keep on hand so these whimsical chocolatey discs can be baked up in a moments notice! I’ll give some pointers on how to make it easy and I’ll use a hand mixer instead of a stand mixer. A little more work but just as great of a cookie. The hand mixers are around $20 but I bet if anyone wanted to start making cookies on the regular a Kitchen Aid can be caught for under $100 on Market Place.

I’ve been accused of being Ever the Optimist through my years, it appears as tho that optimism was at play again. My request is on its way up the chain for more approvals and permissions, that vote will take place next Wednesday. I may be able to resubmit to The Town next week.

This process is may take a bit. Who would have thought selling a cheeseburger would be such a thing. Hopefully someone on that vote has had a Fatty Stack before!
