Double dry-aged smash patties, smoked cheddar, and a spicy chorizo jalapeño hash all stacked on a toasted brioche bun, finished with chipotle crema. Served alongside loaded Texas tots piled high with queso, pickled jalapeños, scallions, and crushed corn chips 🧀🔥

September 2nd–September 8th we're deep into Texas season 🤠🌵

This week's entrées bring the Hill Country charm of the Lone Star State straight to your table — starting with the Galveston Gulf Redfish, blackened Texas Gulf redfish over blue crab-roasted corn spoonbread with charred poblano and smoked tomato butter, topped with grilled green onion 🐟🌽

Then there's The Cattle Drive Chicken-Fried Steak — crispy hand-breaded beef smothered in cracked-pepper cream gravy over jalapeño-cheddar grits with pickled green tomato, the El Paso Smash — double dry-aged smash patties with smoked cheddar and spicy chorizo jalapeño hash, served alongside loaded Texas tots, queso, and pickled jalapeños, and our showstopping Wagyu Fort Worth Coffee & Chile Strip — a coffee-and-chile crusted New York Wagyu strip finished with ancho steak jus and a smoked cheddar potato gratin 🥩🌶️
