With the Fourth of July here, we’ve decided it’s time to issue a new Declaration of Independence.

At Next Quest Brewing, we proudly declare independence from boring b**r, ordinary restaurants, and weekends spent wondering, “What should we do tonight?”

Instead, we’re building a medieval kingdom where knights, wizards, barbarians, and everyday heroes can gather around great food, handcrafted b**r, arcade games, pinball, and unforgettable adventures.

Our founding fathers fought for the freedom to pursue happiness. We’re just making it a little easier to find—with a cold pint in one hand and good friends around the table.

So this holiday weekend, exercise one of your greatest freedoms: choose local, choose adventure, and raise a glass to the quest ahead.

From all of us at Next Quest Brewing, have a safe and happy Fourth of July. The adventure begins… where will your next quest take you?
