🚨 Today's baking update... or should I say today's **character-building experience.🤣**

Apparently the no-bakes chose violence, but the good news is a few delicious things survived the chaos!

🍋 1 Lemon Loaf with a zesty lemon glaze — **$4**

🤎 2 Brown Butter Blondie mini loaf pans — **$4 each**
🍪 11 mystery cookies — **$2 each!** They desperately need a name! They're soft and chewy molasses-brown sugar oatmeal cookies loaded with M&M's, Reese's Pieces, golden raisins, jumbo dark raisins, toasted finely chopped coconut, and ground pistachios. Honestly... they're practically breakfast, so I'm calling them health food. 😅

While today definitely didn't go according to plan, I'm not admitting defeat. I'll be back **Monday** for a rematch with the recipes that won today's battle. 💪

**Bake Day Update!** 🍪✨

Today was all about experimenting with a few recipes I've been dying to tackle! I spent the day creating:
🥣 A cookie that's totally acceptable for breakfast (don't argue with me 😉)
🍫 The fudgiest chocolate buttercream I've made yet

I **still** haven't tackled the no-bake cookies yet... but they're on today's to-do list! 🤣

I'm still in full baking mode, so thank you in advance for being patient while I finish everything up!

Well... I quit my job today. 😅

Don't panic—I didn't completely lose my mind... I just decided my mixer deserves more of my attention than my time clock. 🍪🧈

This weekend the kitchen is officially becoming my test lab with several brand-new flavor experiments happening. Some will be absolute masterpieces... some may be "character-building experiences." 😂 Either way, somebody has to taste them!
