Our mission is to provide easy food for people in our neighborhood and our city – “fast food” that’s actually got flavor and nutritional value, too! We do this by offering fresh selections of grab and go sandwiches, snacks & salads, Take-N-Bake suppers, and value-added grocery items made from products our local farmers grow (jams, humus, dips… you know, all the good stuff). Though you are welcome

to enjoy your snack or meal in our market, we especially accommodate those of you who are in a hurry (everyone?). LOCALLY GROWN HELPS OUR ECONOMY
For both our kitchen use and market use, we are committed to buying produce from local farmers. People we know and trust how they grow their crops and do their business. We find their produce is fresher, healthier, and therefore superior to anything we could find in the traditional grocery store. We believe this is one of the many ways to support our local economy… and we’re proud to do so! FRESH & DELICIOUS

Local whitefish seasoned and baked, then tucked into two flour taco shells, topped with chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes. Served with a side of salsa, sour cream, and Spanish rice. $10.95.

It's the Take & Bake special this week that will keep your kitchen clean and you with a little bit of free time. We do the shopping and the prepping, you just slip it into the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Easy, easy!
