Just to update all that is following and a Fan. Got the trailer, finalized menu, possibly a truck to haul. Getting my cert next week and then will need another inspection by health department. Then it's crunch time! Thank you all for the love and support. Can't wait to treat you all to some fantastic comfort food!

Soft Open went very well overall. Have been set back until I can find more muscle to haul the food cart around but everything else came out better then expected. Will be setting up dates and times I will be open once I have a truck to pull it. Thank you all for the support thus far!
