To our valued customers,
We want to take a moment to address some of the concerns we’ve been hearing regarding pricing and portion sizes at Common Ground Coffee & Eatery. First and foremost, we truly appreciate every customer who supports our small, family-owned business. Your feedback matters to us, and we always want to be open and honest with our community.
Like many small businesses, we have faced constant inflation increases in the cost of food, supplies, and everyday operating expenses. For as long as possible, we worked hard to keep our prices and portions the same, even while our costs continued to rise behind the scenes. However, in order to continue growing, improving, and keeping our doors open, we’ve had to begin making adjustments.
Please know that we are still learning and growing every day. We are trying different things, listening carefully to feedback, and figuring out what works best for both our customers and our business. Our goal is never to disappoint anyone it’s to find a balance where we can continue serving quality food, providing good service, supporting our staff, and remaining a successful local business for years to come.
We hear your concerns, and we are actively working on solutions to improve the experience for everyone while still keeping the business sustainable. We ask for a little patience and understanding as we continue working through these challenges.
