Alright folks I know it's been a while since our last update. Got terribly sick and took me about a month to recover. Then my sweet dog of 12 years past away but left me a puppy that has to be bottle fed so that takes up most of my free time.

We are running about a month behind with getting permits for our food trailer but the we have already started the process. Everything looks good for us to open in a month or so.

We are back to doing events again and will have our famous Brisket Baked Potatoes and our Texas Brisket Tacos available Saturday June 18th 2022 ready for pickup at 12:30 pm. 15.00 $ a plate comes with a side of Baked beans and Mac salad.
