NOM Baked Goods Home-based business for cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods I chose "NOM" as a name because that's the sound you make when you eat something delicious!

I like to say I'm the "poor man's cake decorator". I make tiered, sculpted, or sheet cakes (covered in frosting or fondant) for people who may otherwise not be able to afford it or simply don't want to pay the high prices of a gourmet professional bakery. I also do other decorated and non-decorated desserts such as cupcakes, muffins, donuts, breads, and regular dessert cakes. We operate out of a home kitchen under the Cottage Food Law, so we do not have a store front (yet!). I am self-taught in baking and decorating.
