To our loyal customers,

Nine years ago, we had the opportunity to open up our first location. We passed around a few names and eventually decided that "Caribbean Joe's Café'" best fit our location and our flavor. We had 3 weeks to totally renovate our nook in the office building off of Westfork Dr. In those 3 weeks, we quickly came up with a menu and all the recipes that we had used for nearly a decade. We have always referred to Caribbean Joe's as "Our School." However, it seemed like every time we got our feet under us, something else came up, and it felt like it pushed us back down, but it didn't. What it did was teach us to be resilient, how to never give up, how to be us.

We have decided to close the doors on our original Caribbean Joes Cafe' on Westfork in Baton Rouge.
We are now transitioning to our new location in Gonzales, our home base. After nearly 4 years, we are finally rounding 3rd. We plan to open soon, and this page will be the first to find out.

In the meantime, we are still providing our catering service. Please do not hesitate if there is anything we can help you with.

With all of our hearts, we deeply appreciate every customer that has walked into our little slice of paradise. It was a pleasure to serve you and I hope we cross paths again soon.
