Authentic Japanese Ramen in Baton Rouge 🍜

10/17/2026

Baton Rouge can‘t make up its mind —
91° to 51° in 48 hours. Rude, right?
But while the thermometer’s having a meltdown, our broth is still boiling. So when the cold front hits, don‘t face it hungry — report to Hikari Ramen, grab a spoon, and let a steaming bowl of ramen handle the rest. 🥶➡️🔥🍜

⚠️ STORM STATION ALERT:
‼️Severe temperature drop detected‼️
Immediate ramen 🍜 🍜 🍜 consumption advised.
From 91° to 51° in 48 hours 🥶🥶🥶
Good thing this broth is still boiling.

From 91° ➡️ 51°”
A 40-degree drop means it’s officially ramen season.
