Hello FB, I know I've been MIA and haven't been doing dinners. I had to take a hiatus due to my health. I recently had a Mini Stroke, which led to a plethora of tests and the discovery that I have Blood clotting Factor 5a. This in addition to my Congestive Heart Failure puts me at higher risk for heart attacks & strokes.... also increases my meds. I'm blessed to have come out of this virtually unscathed but there are some minor issues with numbness on my right side, I'm doing therapy for that. But, "Nobody gonna break my stride, Nobody gonna hold me down (oh no) I got to keep on moving". I'll see you guys soon with new menu options & still the best optimism you cld possibly imagine.
