Here is a small example about the training that has to be done to my employees. I told him to take a pinch of parsley and sprinkle it over the wings. He poured out of the jar.
It's the little things that count and presentation is everything to me. Even though it's great product,proper procedure , was not followed. Warning has been issued.

A sampler platter, 5 wingz of assorted flavors, Meyhem Hot 🔥, Spicy lemon pepper, Sweet and sour, Mild sauce are what you see here. Including the Fried Ribs. Fried Ribs are in Honey BBQ sauce. A platter like this is $ 40 or 45 with french fries. I also have Garlic Parmesan ( not seen here )
