Last year, we let the bees…just be. Maybe we were busier than they were? This spring and summer, Mark gave the girls some extra TLC and did odd jobs to make their homes more cozy. And they loooved him for it. Now we’re expecting 200+ pounds of honey from our hives in Bath. Hoping to start spinning this Saturday. 🐝 🍯

Really hard to believe that this sweet babe is going to be 12 this summer. Also hard to believe we are sitting on about 250+ pounds of honey. This May, Mark captured three swarms. Stay tuned for details on how to order and visit us at the Bath Farmers' Market later this month.

Just wanted to update our hive: Our backyard bees pulled out another great season and are looking pretty healthy. Honey is flowing this week and we're bottling 1/2 pound and 1 pound jars.
