Hey everybody, it’s about midnight here at the Creamery and I just wanna let you know that I finally fixed all the lights. They are all nicely sparkling here by the dock. Now I realize it’s midnight and absolutely no one gives a damn, and we’re closed at night so no one sees the lights anyway. However, I just wanted to let you know that I fixed the lights, so should you drive by and look in this direction, you’ll see that the lights are working! (I need a life.). 😂

This is the mulled wine for this weekend. It’s been cooking for about two hours, slow and gentle… lots of spices, oranges, allspice, and nutmeg and cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, some black peppercorn for spice .. just a touch of sugar to balance the orange liqueur and fireball I’m going to add later.
