Throughout my childhood, red envelopes were the embodiment of joy: small pouches filled with money and dreams, given out during the New Year. Red Envelope carries on the legacy of that tradition as its namesake. Here at our first restaurant in Bath, we’re incredibly excited to share recipes passed down through generations. From the streets of Vietnam, where my mother served delicious food from her

cart, to the countless flavors I’ve developed in Thai kitchens across the greater Portland area. We hope to see you soon!
