This board was inspired by the annual summers we spent camping in Acadia National Park with our mum and nana and mess of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Lots of hiking, biking the carriage trails, and feeling fancy with an evening stroll through downtown bar harbor with an ice cream in tow💅

📖 AND on Tuesday our mobile raw bar set up will be heading down to in Scarborough to collaborate with for GIRLS NIGHT OUT: a special book release event featuring themed cocktails and cuisine. Megan Monte’s new book, “When Tides Shift” is a steamy summer romance about falling in love with an oyster farmer. How could we resist!? 📖 tag your southern Maine friends and meet us there!

🌞 We will also be open from 3-7pm on Wednesdays & Thursdays for the next two weeks. We are using these days to train new staff and support returning staff, as we anticipate a very busy summer ahead! Come on in and say hello, we are so excited to welcome back all our returning staff members and to introduce new ones as well! 🌞

If you’re not clicking your tongs, you’re doing it wrong ~*CLIK CLIK* ~

🦪 We use the Jumbo “Dinner Plate” oysters that we grow on the sea farm for this event. They are a little too meaty when they are raw, so we grill em up and top them with our mixture of Parmesan cheese, light cream, vermouth, spinach, secret blend of herbs and spices, and breadcrumbs (can be made gluten-free with no breadcrumbs!) 🦪

🤍 Gas prices are high, groceries are expensive, and your property taxes are going up, we get it! We had an amazing opening weekend and it was filled almost entirely with our local people and regulars. From Michael with his root beer & 🌭 red snappah 🌭 to Fitz with his Guiness and a dozen OystHERS, we absolutely felt the love and would LOVE to reciprocate it to our fellow Midcoast Mainers 🤍

If you reside year-round in one of our surrounding towns, bring your Maine ID with your home address on it and receive 50% off of one of our charcuterie boards from 3-7pm on your towns Tuesday!

🤍 This is a way to show our love and appreciation to our local communities before V a c a t i o n l a n d gets biz-eeee with summer folk. We understand a lot of Mainers don’t like oysters or have never been to our establishment– tag your neighbors or tell your friends and come out to see our small menu actually does have more than just oysters on it 🤍 And hey, if you’ve never had an oyster before (we didn’t have our first oysters until we were in our late twenties) this may be your time to try what’s growing in your back yard… or in this case, cove… tee hee.
