At iCrave Café, we’re a little old-school when it comes to cooking.

ALL of our cooking is done with traditional pork lard — not vegetable or seed oils.

Why lard? It’s naturally rich in monounsaturated fats, performs well at cooking temperatures, and gives our food that rich, traditional flavor we’re looking for.
