Meet Grandpa Lee — the man, the myth, the legend behind The Grandpa Burger. 🍔😂

Grandpa Lee is actually the reason we found two of our lead cooks, and three of his grandkids now work with us full time! Whenever he came in, he’d order “his burger,” and before long it became an inside joke with our crew. Someone would ring in a Grandpa Burger and everyone knew exactly what that meant: Swiss cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions & mayo.

Then we started noticing something… Grandpa Lee might be onto something. 😂 A whole lot of the grandpas coming through our doors were ordering burgers pretty darn similar.

So we figured it was time to make it official.

🍔 The Grandpa Burger is now a permanent part of The Chill Out menu!

Named after the original Grandpa himself. ❤️

We’re excited to welcome Chowdown in to showcase what we’re all about and give you a closer look at some of the food, flavors, and favorites coming out of our kitchen. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more about our story, our menu, and what makes The Chill Out special.
