Childhood memories...
Do you have a Childhood memory that gets you smiling every time?
Here's mine....Growing up in Lebanon, we used to sneak out school, walk a block to the nearest Dell, buy a lb of Mortadella and go next door to the bakery, buy a bag of pita bread, still hot, and we made sandwiches out of that....
Simple, but very flavorful...
We will have this sandwich for lunch starting today while supplies last.

Help us decide.
We've been thinking of either changing our hamburger buns or adding another option.
We currently serve a brioche bun (the dark one).
The other ones are "Sweet Brioche", either plain, jalapeños, onions, or wheat...
What do you think?

Friday lunch special! The fusion you can’t find anywhere else.. Shish Taouk Quesadillas! Marinated, 7 spiced grilled chicken and onions with melty cheese in a toasted tortilla and the garlic sauce on the side… it’s not Tex-Mex it’s Tex-Med! Or Mex-Med??

As you walk from the parking lot behind us to Main Street, stop and look at our garden for a moment....it's busting with life...bees, bumble bees, butterflies and small lizards call it home.

Stuffed with rice, meat and spices. Topped with lemon cream, and dill sauce.
Try with with one of our home brewed beer.

"Lemon Shrimp Pesto", over linguine, topped with shredded parm, and lemon zest....
Pesto made from Basil we grew in our garden...yummy.
