Thursday and Friday evenings were simply incredible! Thank you to everyone who joined us and made Le P'tit come alive.

We were honored to welcome Mayor Dan and his wife, along with Trustee John and his wife, as well as so many wonderful regulars and first-time guests.

Inspired by my culinary journey in Sant Pol de Mar, Spain, I accepted the challenge of creating my own version of a refreshing Cava Sangria.

Crafted with fresh sliced pears, apples, oranges, lemons and limes, our house-made Demerara syrup, orange juice, premium Cognac, plenty of ice, and finished tableside with an entire bottle of chilled Spanish Cava.
