💙 A LITTLE HEART-TO-HEART.
PLEASE READ!

One of our absolute FAVORITE parts of owning JRNY2U is the kiddos who walk through our doors!

If you know us, you know we LOVE being the bonus aunt and uncle to so many of your babies. We love their hugs, their stories, their excitement to see us, and the relationships we’ve built with them. It’s exactly why we’ve always made it a priority to have a toy area and a space where families feel welcome.

HOWEVER, we need to have a little conversation, and we’re asking for our parents’ help.

Lately, we’ve been dealing with an overwhelming amount of behavior that has unfortunately resulted in damage to our business.

We’re talking about climbing on bar stools, multiple broken chairs, standing and JUMPING off tables, doing handstands against our walls, food being smeared into our floors, walls, and toys, along with excessive screaming and running throughout the building.

The final push for us came today when one of our employees sent me a video at closing showing food smeared all over the children’s area and floor—left behind for our staff to clean up after everyone had gone home.

And while we understand that kids will be kids, there is a difference between children having fun and behavior that becomes destructive, unsafe, or disruptive to others.

We have customers who come in to relax, visit, work, or simply enjoy a few peaceful minutes of their day. They deserve that experience, too.

As much as we love your children, it’s becoming increasingly uncomfortable for us and our staff to have to correct other people’s children on a daily basis. That’s not a position we want to be in, nor should it be our responsibility.

So we’re asking our parents to please help us by keeping an eye on your kiddos, making sure they’re using our furniture and play area appropriately, and helping us maintain a safe, respectful environment for EVERYONE.

We don’t expect perfect children. We don’t expect silence. And we certainly don’t want families to feel like they can’t bring their babies in to see us! Reason we’ve waited so long on this post.

We simply need a little more supervision, respect for our space, and consideration for the other people sharing it.

We’ve poured so much love, time, and money into creating a place for this community. Having to continually repair and replace things because of preventable behavior is becoming disheartening.

We love your babies. We love your families. And we want to KEEP being a place where everyone feels welcome. 💙

We just need your help making sure JRNY2U is treated with the same love and respect that we try to show every single person who walks through our doors.

RAMONA RAISED. OKLAHOMA STRONG. WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BOUND!

TOMORROW | SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10TH | 9AM–3PM

Tomorrow at JRNY2U, we’re doing something a little bigger than serving teas and shakes. We’re rallying behind one of our very own, MIKE REGIER!

Mike has been one of JJ’s best friends since high school, and we’ve had the privilege of watching his journey through so many seasons of life.

And let us tell you, his accomplishments are NOTHING SHORT OF INCREDIBLE!

🏆 2X Oklahoma’s Strongest Man Champion

🏆 Texas’s Strongest Man Champion

🏆 1st Place at Strongman Nationals

🏆 1st Place in BOTH of his first two powerlifting competitions!

And now? This small-town, Ramona, Oklahoma guy is headed to FLORIDA to compete in the SPF WORLD POWERLIFTING CHAMPIONSHIPS! 🌎💪🏼

But as impressive as those titles are, they aren’t what makes us most proud of Mike.

We’ve watched him grow into a God-fearing Christian, a devoted husband, an incredible father, and one of the most humble, hardworking men you’ll ever meet. Behind all that strength is a man with an even bigger heart.

And THAT is the kind of person we want our community to get behind! 🖤

So tomorrow, we’re asking YOU to help us send Mike to the world stage!

💵 100% of tips will go directly toward Mike!
