This month is our take on Beef Bourguignon—but that’s a little too fancy for our tongues, so we’re calling it the Blooming Beef Broth Bread Bowl! 🥖🤣

Our updated menu is here! 🌻 And there’s so much goodness to share.

Meet our new Veggie Sando—wheat bread layered with house-made hummus, locally grown sunflower sprouts, and crisp veggies.

Our new signature soup, Bloom by Bisque, is a roasted vegetable soup that pairs perfectly with our Three-Cheese Grilled Cheese, featuring house-made pimento cheese. Cozy, melty, and made for dipping! 🥣🧀

Some of our biggest upgrades are waiting in the grab-and-go cold case! You’ll find a new grain bowl, salads with three house-made dressings to choose from, and bottled lattes, lemonades, and herbal teas—all made in-house.

A little hours update! We can’t wait to welcome you back in tomorrow!

We’ve decided that, to give you with the best experience, Mondays are for making! We’ll be closed Mondays for prep and welcoming you in Tuesday through Saturday.

Behind the scenes on Mondays, we’ll be chopping, rolling, simmering, soaking, whisking, baking, and preparing good things for the week ahead!

From signature dressings made in-house to more whole foods and fewer processed ingredients, we’re putting a little extra time and a whole lot of love into what lands on your plate.

Meet our new chef, Hilary Kamplain! 👩‍🍳

Hilary has cooked professionally for 16 years, from Massachusetts to Texas and Oklahoma, and she’s proud to call Bartlesville home. She’s a culinary artist with a passion for local, seasonal food. When she told us her love of cooking began with her grandma, it made sense: you can tell she cooks with love.

We could go on and on about Hilary, but she probably wouldn’t want us to make too much fuss. So we will keep it short for this announcement. The proof is in the pudding—or, in this case, everything she creates in the kitchen! Come see us and taste it for yourself. 🌸

A little more time, and a lot of good things in the works at Bloom By! 🌸

Rearranging our kitchen is taking longer than we expected, so we’re taking one more week to finish up and give our new chef time to prepare for our relaunch.

Thank you for your patience and for cheering us on through our first two months. We’re announcing our chef tomorrow!! We can’t wait to introduce her to you!
