Very pleased to offer you some information on this lovely exhibition our neighbors have lent us from their collection.
Please enjoy works of Louis Finkelstein (1923–2000) and Gretna Campbell (1922–1987). Steadfast proponents of the plein air tradition, they resisted the pull of abstract expressionism, confident that “depictions of the natural world remained timely and significant”.
Best viewed in person!
