LITTLE WISCONSIN ICE CREAM SHOP GETS BIG AWARDS! 🍦

A fairly new western Wisconsin ice cream shop just won a coveted national award at the World Dairy Expo!

Kurschner's Super Premium Ice Cream in Chetek won the Ice Cream Grand Championship—plus other winnings—at the biggest dairy convention in the world. Judges chose the best overall ice cream flavor from all types—sherbet, frozen yogurt, gelato, and ice cream. The shop's Peanut Butter Chocolate was the 'Grand Champion.'

Owner Alan Kurschner says they won first in the hardest category—vanilla. His Lemon Poppyseed and Pistachio also took home some honors. Alan told UpNorthNews it's the only shop in the state that hasn't used artificial dyes.
