Weekend Special Alert!

The smokers have been working overtime, and this weekend they're delivering a sandwich worthy of its own fan club.

Our Pastrami Roast Beef Sandwich features tender pastrami-seasoned roast beef piled high with smoked Swiss cheese, sweet caramelized onions, and spicy brown mustard, all tucked into a soft pretzel bun.

Available all weekend while supplies last. Come grab one before the pitmasters decide they need all the leftovers for "quality control."

The smokers are rolling, the specials are ready, and we're once again carrying the heavy burden of making your weekend meal decisions for you!

Cold Sweet Potato Salad– sweet potatoes tossed in a cumin vinaigrette with fresh parsley and feta. It's cool, refreshing, and a nice reminder that vegetables occasionally deserve a chance to be something other than a garnish.

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Flatbread– grilled naan bread loaded with smoky Alfredo sauce, melted cheese, smoked pulled chicken, and broccoli. It's what happens when comfort food decides to show off!

We're looking for a new face to join the Smokin' Barrels family!

We're hiring a Hostess for Sundays (12 PM to about 7:30 PM), with the opportunity to pick up the occasional Friday and Saturday evening shift.

What we're looking for:
- Minimum age: 15
- Someone who can juggle a few things at once without dropping the BBQ sauce
- Stays friendly when the line gets long and the phone starts ringing
- Handles a little pressure with a smile
- Loves working as part of a small, close-knit team

We're not a giant chain restaurant. We're a group of people who work hard, have fun, and take care of each other while serving up some pretty great barbecue!

This week's special rolled into the smoker and decided to break a few rules.

Meet our Smoked Buffalo Chicken Hummus because sometimes barbecue and hummus look at each other across the room and say, "Let's see what happens."

We start with cold-smoked chickpeas, blend them into a creamy hummus, then load it up with buffalo pulled chicken for a smoky, spicy kick. Served with warm naan bread grilled in cowboy butter, because if you're gonna dip, you might as well dip in style!

The mysterious gremlin that decided to throw our day into chaos has been defeated, the crisis has been contained, and Smokin' Barrels will be OPEN for dinner starting at 5 PM!

Lunch may have been claimed as a casualty of war, but dinner has been rescued and is ready to ride triumphantly into the evening.
