The 5-course dinner will feature a seasonal menu by Chef Dave Perlick and curated wine pairings from Adruni Vineyards. Region is proud to announce the hiring of our new GM, Stephane Goupil formerly of D&J Bistro. Our team is excited to work together for your dining pleasure! If you know Stephane, come by and say hello. If you do not, please introduce yourself.

Bittersweet news, Chef Nicholas has agreed to take a culinary director's position with the Merchant Marines. He is a former Navy man... Join us as we wish him a bright and lucrative future for him and his family. He will be surely missed.

Our new spring menu is right around the corner too. See you soon.
