I’m going to take a little time for a FAQ section since I have been getting many phone calls with questions in regards to the ✨NEW✨Spotted Cow Cafe!

Fact: The Spotted Cow Cafe & all our staff members are SUPER EXCITED & eager to OPEN UP SHOP @ our NEW LOCATION in Barre, Ma! We had an estimated opening date of March 1st for the new location & upon settling in we have decided to put in our VERY OWN COFFEE BAR & SERVICE WINDOW so that customers can SEE 👀 the girls & I working the counter, MAKING FLIGHTS & SERVING UP SMILES ALL DAY while we make the coffee! I think it’s important for us to be able to have the bar because I think people genuinely enjoy chatting & hanging out while they have their BREAKFAST & COFFEE!

Question: Are we STILL on TARGET for March 1st? I have three girls so school vacation did set us back a week & FAMILY FIRST always ❤️ We also planned for the coffee bar construction but did not plan timing in for the construction of the service window so we are scheduled for the END of MARCH & WE LOOK FORWARD to an Easter Sunday Egg Hunt with all our Spotted Cow Customers , Family & Friends! For UPDATES follow us on here!

Question 2: ARE WE HIRING?!! Yes! We are! My three Best Baristas in the whole world ❤️ are coming with me to our new location but seeing as we are EXPANDING to a full breakfast menu on top of our Coffees, Flights, Specialty Drinks & Ice Cream…we will MOST definitely need a few more HANDS ON DECK! Right now I am looking to hire three more baristas/servers/front house staff members to JOIN OUR COFFEE CREW & 2 short order cooks!

UPDATE:
We apologize, we thought we would know by now but we’re not sure when we will. For those who don’t want to wait for an answer and want to redeem their gift certificates we will be there October 8-10 & 16 & 17 from noon to 4 for people to stop in. If you can’t make it during those times on those dates please call during those dates & times to discuss how we can help you.

Important announcement….
It is with much regret we have decided to close for at least one month but possibly permanently effective immediately. We have been struggling to find enough help and now our fry cook is retiring. We truly appreciate all of our customers, especially throughout covid-you have been patient, understanding, and loyal❤️We will update this post as soon as we know if &/or when we will reopen. UPDATE regarding gift certificates, if we decide to stay closed after 9/18 we will post here in our page how to get your money back.

We apologize but for awhile we won’t have specials, including lobster rolls. Costs of everything from the oil we cook with to take out containers and definitely lobster and more, have been rising incredibly fast 😮☹️🤪which is causing some issues that we have to find a way to deal with without raising our prices too much so we’re keeping it to the regular menu for now. We’re very sorry.

So apparently today is National donut day and National cheese day!! We don’t have donuts but we do have yummy fried cheese curds😋 they’re a great way to celebrate the occasion, lol!
