I was asked multiple times last week if I’d be open for the weekend. Weekends are typically for community events and my family. BUT this weekend I will be in Parkton which is less than a mile from my regular spot! Come by and check out the community sale, grab a coffee, and have breakfast with the other great food truck Hogz In Da Hood BBQ. The event is hosted by, hands down, the BEST realtor Trevor Hollock I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and his incredible team The Trevor Hollock Cooperative Real Estate Group

Our little commercial oven has been installed. Later today our little freezer will be reinstalled. What does this mean?? Hot breakfast sandwiches at Bunny Brew!!! The new menu will be posted soon but it’s a compilation of bagel breakfast sandwiches and I couldn’t be more excited! Mother Nature decided to throw in one more close to 90 degree day so baked goods will come back Thursday also.

Today will be a shortened day as my kids are off school.

Guess it’s time I post this🙃 This is the new menu we’ve had since beginning of September with featured on/off menu drinks weekly. It felt unnatural putting up a menu with seasonal faves like pumpkin and cookie butter while under heat advisory but I think we are in the clear. You guys showed me you really didn’t care about those temps and cleared out my initial fall supply of pumpkin in just a few weeks lol (more coming in route now!) which I was not expecting in the blazing heat.

There’s lots of options making it hard to decide which to choose. Salted Caramel Pretzel is by far the top seller(on the last bottle of that as well🤦‍♀️) so it won’t be a featured drink.

Can anyone guess the #2?? It’s only in second by a hair!

It’s finally feeling like fall and we have apple c***r in! Y’all, I’m struggling with a name for the featured drink of the week!! I was going to call it Wicked Orchard because of the ingredients but after tasting it, it legitimately tastes like apple pie in a cup. Like you are eating a can of pie filling…so good 😋

Whatever name we land on, it’s apple c***r with salted caramel and vanilla cold foam sprinkled with cinnamon.

My first customer to taste it (who, by the way, is NOT a fan of apple c***r🤭) ended up leaving with a latte AND the new drink

Arnold Days weekend has come to an end and phew it was a hot one!
But the great news is that the heat wave is over and it’s finally gonna feel like fall🙌 Which means new exciting breakfast menu items coming!! But I’ll elaborate more in the coming days when I recoup from the event/heat exhaustion lol.
Bad news, my baby is still sick and not going to school tomorrow which means I won’t be able to open Monday morning. I apologize sincerely about the inconsistent hours this week and truly hope we are on the mend around here!

It’s our last day here! We are out of pumpkin for pumpkin spice lattes and bubble waffles. We are out of apple pie filling for bubble waffles and our marshmallow crème was replaced with fluff🙃 We are making do after yall wiped us yesterday!! Whelp this week has been a doozy…got a call from the school nurse about kiddo #3. Thank goodness our pediatrician is squeezing him in as well. And even more thanks to the best grandparents in the world for keeping them and doing dr appts because tonight is the start of Arnold Days 2026! Along with all the coffee and lemonade Bunny Brew Cafe choices, we will be serving up our Bubble Buns bubble waffles again. We’ve got sweet ice cream filled bubble waffles and savory options too😋 And don’t forget the dirty floats! We’ll have the caramel apple float, s’mores float, orange dream, and salted caramel floats along with good old fashioned floats. We can’t wait to see everyone!

We are expanding-ish and need you! Most of you know I’m a SAHM and our hours are limited based on family first. Next year we plan to expand our hours but for now we want to be able to reach more people outside of our limited hours. Do you know of a business or location that would be a great pickup spot for our bottled lattes? Know of a donut shop that could use a great brew to go? A salon? Feel free to inbox me any of your ideas! Or if you are a business owner wanting cold brews, lattes, or refreshers on hand…definitely reach out!!
