For those who enjoy our baby back pork ribs, this may become a new favorite! First we cook them low and slow to get the fat out, then we crisp them on high heat in the cast iron pan.

Greetings island people! We are excited to announce our preparations to open for our 43rd consecutive summer of food service on LBI. We are opening Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend. Same menu and process as last year. Call ahead to place your dinner order and set a pickup time. We will pace our cooking to have your food ready just when you arrive, so you can take it home super fresh. We are looking forward to seeing all our good customers and friends!
