Prince Pit BBQ & Catering, Inc. Prince Pit BBQ & Catering, Inc. is locally owned and operated by Deidra Garrett and Kate Prince. We are located in Barlow, KY.

We are open Wednesay-Saturday from 9:30 am until we sell out. We also offer a variety of different foods for caterings. Gene Prince started Prince Pit BBQ around 1987. Since that time, the business has grown from just a hobby to a full time career with 2 locations. His son, Ricky, and grandson, Alex, have followed his traditions of barbecuing and serve from the Bardwell location. All the meat is cooked at a low temperature overnight using nothing but hickory wood. The location in Barlow is run by Deidra Garrett, a long time family friend. She and Gene's daughter, Kate, take care of all the catering services. For more information and pricing, just give us a call!

It’s been a busy holiday weekend! On Saturday we fed breakfast and lunch to about 350 people at Spring Bayou’s women’s conference. Today, we made 176 sandwiches to feed the workers at Paducah’s Amazon hub.
