🦀CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS:
12 large cremini or portobello mushrooms
1 cup fresh crab meat
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for brushing

Clean mushrooms removing stems. Mix the rest of the ingredients except for olive oil
Carefully fill the mushrooms
Brush with olive oil and place on grill (preheat to medium heat) for 8-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Serve with a fresh banquette and salad.
