This special beverage, the Amadeus, is a bourbon and orange oleo saccharum foam cocktail that plays off the whimsical and classical tastes of Amadeus’ music and charisma.

Licor 43 is added to pair sweetly with a few dashes of chocolate bitters and a dusting of nutmeg on top. The foam tendrils that cascade into the drink as it sits is reminiscent of Amadeus’ wild hair as he conducts.

You can vote for our drink as your favorite “Amadeus” beverage at barharbormusicfestival.org and make sure to support live opera at The Criterion July 15-16.
