Today one of our 29 year employees retired. she was the Chile Relleno, Fish Taco, tamale Cook. She was the very best employee, putting her work first. Her hands worked magic. Although we are sad to lose her, we know that at 72, her time with her family is precious. We are honored that she has chosen us at Consuelo’s to share her many talents. All of the staff at Consuelo’s will truly miss her. Rosita, you will always be remembered as the most amazing cook, who didn’t take guff from anyone.
