👨🏻‍🍳 Chef’s Choice Tonight is the Crab Cake.
Louisiana cooking is a blend of French, Spanish, African, Native American, and Caribbean traditions, like a melting pot. Refined, and complex yet Rustic.

🦀 Jumbo lump blue crab forms the sweet, tender base.

🫑 🧄 Finely diced yellow onion, celery, bell peppers and minced garlic sautéed together to create the trinity of flavor and aromatics.

🌶️ Our robust Creole spice blend serves a kick of cayenne, black pepper, and paprika.

🍋 🧈 Gently coated in breadcrumbs, seared in butter until golden and crispy served over a warm pool of traditional Creole mustard and drizzled with lemon-butter.
